I will no longer pay for (several) services with a company who does not value my property, time, or give me the slightest amount of respect. He even had them come out to fix all the issues and spots the other reps missed. The only rep that did my yard correctly, was Billy. I even had my hedges turn black because they never treated the bug poop that turned them black hat had clearly been there for quite some time. As a supervisor you would think you would do your best to correct the problem for the future, but Brian could care less about my concerns. I should not have to worry about new stains every month.
